ELECTRON, are poised to release their formidable new EP, Hollow, on Friday 24th May.

The popular riff slayers have also just unveiled a new lyric video for the EP’s namesake, Hollow.

Formed in 2022 and hitting your senses from the pits of the underground London music scene, ELECTRON’s powerful sound has been described as a combination of riff-charged metal merged with commanding dark grungy melodies, brought together with a unique contemporary metal flavour.

With a batch of influences stretching from the raw power of Black Sabbath to the varied craft of Korn, and the modern attraction of Architects, ELECTRON’s appeal is expansive, and their ability is undisputable. The compelling trio’s debut album, Defiance, arrived last year and created deep impressions throughout the metal community, picking up extensive acclaim throughout the UK and beyond.

The band have been a constant presence across major national radio, magazines, and on Spotify Editorial Playlists. Their music has been played and featured via Total Rock, Hard Rock Hell Radio, Bravewords, PowerPlay Magazine, Metalized, Metal Noise, and Emerging Rock Bands, among many others.

The commanding riff merchants have also toured relentlessly and have played a series of stimulating shows throughout England, rounding up a successful mini-UK album tour, with the final show supporting prog rock legends, King Buffalo. With their trajectory on a high, ELECTRON teamed up with Grammy Award nominee producer, Romesh Dodangoda, for their new five track EP, Hollow.

The record is a hearty statement of intent and is certainly the band’s most accomplished work to date. With touring and further recording plans in place, nothing can stop ELECTRON.
